Removal of Qualifications

We would hope that we would never need to remove a qualification from a graduate. Where it has been identified that a graduate has caused harm whether to a client, to Marisa Peer or the brand, we first seek to resolve the issue through education and support.

Where we believe that a graduate has acted in a manner which breaches the Ethical Code of Conduct and/or Practice Standards or has been found acting in a way that would cause damage to the brand or the RTT®/RTC®/CAH community, we reserve the right to remove any certifications/qualifications and use of the RTT®/RTC®/CAH name.
