Passing Your RTC® Course Successfully

We want you to succeed on this course and as an RTC® coach. To set yourself up for success we recommend you attend an Orientation Call as soon as you enroll in the course. 

We find the students who achieve the best results are those who set aside time to work through the modules each week and who actively participate in all of their mandatory training events, including regular Practice Circles. 

Students can also deepen their understanding of coaching skills by asking specific questions during Group Development Sessions and monthly “Ask a Coach” Q&A drop-in sessions.

Finally, it may also be helpful to connect with an accountability partner, or with your other learning peers via the RTC Student Forum on Facebook, in order to stay motivated and accountable.
