# Getting More Confident in Your RTT® Practice

Confidence comes with practice and the fact you have graduated shows that you have been able to understand the fundamentals of what we have taught you, to a standard that you can work with clients.

As part of Premium Collective, you will have access to support networks such as the RTT® Alumni Facebook group where you can discuss challenges and gain support from your peers. You are also able to benefit from the Alumni Reflective Practice register, where you can work with other graduates to sharpen your skills and grow in confidence amongst other benefits.
