However, once you have qualified you will have access to several modules which will support you as you move into practice, which cover your Scope of Practice, Ethics, and Marketing.

Your success will hinge on your ability to stay curious and seek answers from both within and outside of the community.

Many hypnotherapy regulators and state/country licensing departments will have all the information you require and a simple Google search should provide you with the correct information you require.

Many of the rules and restrictions are often around the practice of hypnosis for clinical use, therefore be specific about what you are asking for, if your state or country requires you to hold a license.

In conclusion, we do not test people on the legalities of hypnotherapy, but we strongly advise as part of your practice setup, that you connect with official bodies which uphold these rules and laws, to ensure you are practicing legally and ethically in accordance with your state or country's expectations.

The RTT® school is not a hypnotherapy regulator, we only regulate the correct use of RTT® and RTC® under our legal obligations in regard to managing the brand reputation and intellectual property.
