Cure and Heal - Why Avoid These Words?
Although the word ‘cure’ denotes relief of the symptoms of a disease or condition, and RTT® has been proven to do that, there is no medical evidence or long-term clinical trials which legally support these claims. Similarly, the word ‘heal’ could infer that you claim to heal people. Therefore we advise that you avoid using both terms.
If you have a client who uses these terms in a testimonial, our advice would be not to use that testimonial if you cannot prove the claim.
Important: if you do use the words ‘heal’ or ‘cure’, or indeed make any claims which cannot be evidenced, then you will hold the full liability of this and this could create issues for your practice and your reputation.
