Course Cooling-off Period

You may cancel your place on the course for any reason within 14 days from the date of booking confirmation and receive a full refund, provided that:

• You have not progressed past the third core module of the online training material;
• You have not attended more than one virtual learning event;
• You have not commenced with live, in-person training.
