Associating Your Company With Us

We know people love Marisa and are very proud to be associated with RTT® and we want all of our grads to go on and have successful businesses in their own right using the RTT® tools.

To ensure fairness and separation between our brand and yours you are not permitted to use the RTT® trademarks in:

• Business names
• Social media names/groups or pages
• Emails
• Training programs
• Advertising, unless it is specific to your modality

If you want to advertise RTT® or Rapid Transformational Therapy as a product you offer, this is fine as this is what you do within your business.

Using Marisa Peer in your advertising to directly leverage our brand identity via Google ads would be seen as misuse.

Advertising can be expensive so we recommend you advertise the results you get, not the product you use. This will direct your marketing at the audience looking for a solution, rather than a specific product.

Example:

Marisa Peer Therapist helping people with Anxiety - Not permitted

Why? You have been trained by Marisa but you do not work for her, this could infer your association is more than it is and would break advertising standards. As we do not permit this brand trademark to be used by graduates you would also be misusing our trademark

Are you looking to break free from Anxiety quickly? - Permitted

Why? You are offering a solution that quickly helps a client break free from Anxiety quickly and that is what RTT® does.
